How do I get a refund?

Write to support@litau.app any time — no form, no waiting window, no questions asked. Because this is a direct PayPal payment rather than an App Store purchase, the refund comes from us, not from Apple, and we can usually process it within a few days. See Terms of Use §2 for the full policy.

I paid — what happens next?

Your $19 payment is already honored as lifetime access — there is nothing more to do or pay. We'll email you the install link at the address PayPal gives us for the payment as soon as the first version is ready this autumn.

Is the $19 price still available?

Yes, until the first 100 people buy — the homepage always shows current availability. Once those seats are gone, new buyers pay $79.99 once the app ships; anyone who already bought keeps their $19 lifetime access regardless.

A clip is missing a translation, is wrong, or shouldn't be there.

Email support@litau.app with a link to the clip and a short description — we review every report by hand and pull clips that shouldn't be in the catalog.

Do I need an account to try the demo?

No. The demo on this page runs entirely in your browser — no sign-up, no login. Your saved words and progress in the demo live only in that browser tab. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What do I need to try the demo?

Any modern browser and an internet connection — clips stream through YouTube's own player, so nothing is downloaded or stored offline.

How do I delete my data?

There's very little to delete: the demo's saved words live only in your browser tab and disappear the moment you close it or clear your browser's site data. If you joined the waitlist or bought early access, email support@litau.app and we'll remove your email or payment record on our side.
